Born and raised in Florida, Billy Wagner went to college at the University of Central Florida and now lives in the North Florida Beaches community where he gets great inspiration from his wife and kids. He is very involved with charities and non-profit organizations such as the Folds of Honor, Habitat for Humanity, Big Brother Big Sister Program, as well as the Rotary of Ponte Vedra Beach. He uses his love of teaching to write books and to be a leader in the real estate industry. As an expert in the business he has been on NPR and on local TV sharing his expertise in the industry. Mr. Wagner runs a very successful business with no staff turnover since 2006. With the support of his amazing staff he has achieved many milestones.
